ACCEPTANCE

By using our website, booking a consultation, submitting a form, or purchasing our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

ELIGIBILITY

Our services are available only to individuals who are 18 years of age or older.

SERVICES

Dental Growth Media provides professional marketing, media, creative, lead-generation, and related business services. Specific services and pricing are based on the applicable agreement, invoice, payment link, or written arrangement.

Our services are provided through online systems that may include forms, funnels, landing pages, calendars, surveys, quizzes, Facebook or Instagram lead forms, and GoHighLevel.

PAYMENTS

We accept payments through invoices and payment links. Payments may be one-time or recurring, depending on the service agreement.

If payment is not received when due, we may suspend or terminate services until payment is received.

REFUNDS & CANCELLATION

Refunds may be provided if we are unable to provide the agreed services or if we do not offer the services in your area, city, or country.

Refund or termination requests require at least 7 days' written notice, including by email.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Dental Growth Media retains ownership of its proprietary materials, systems, strategies, templates, processes, and content.

You may not copy, resell, distribute, or commercially use our proprietary materials without written permission. Where applicable, we may provide a limited, non-transferable license to use materials delivered to you for their intended business purpose.

ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to use our services for fraud, unlawful activity, harassment, unauthorized access, abuse, or any activity that violates applicable laws or these Terms.

SMS COMMUNICATIONS

By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS messages from Dental Growth Media, including appointment reminders, follow-ups, and other communications for which you have provided consent.

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any service.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

NO GUARANTEE

We do not guarantee specific marketing, lead, sales, revenue, patient acquisition, or other business results unless expressly stated in a written agreement. Results may vary based on factors outside our control.

LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dental Growth Media is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or revenue. Our liability will generally be limited to the amount paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate services for nonpayment, misuse, unlawful conduct, fraud, abuse, or material violation of these Terms. Termination does not remove payment obligations already incurred.
